- normally it would not satisfy me
only to watch
i would wanna have a part in it
like become part of its
part of its happening
fighting the heaviness
fighting against losing speed
slowing down to the point
where almost no movement is possible
to detect
i would get paranoid
about the fact
that it could just so easily turn into
even less than nothing

then i worry about my breathing
not that i would suffocate
but to forget how it works
i get this irrepressible desire to belong
somewhere
to get attached
my edges are so undefined
there´s literally nothing to hold on to
it´s impossible to tell where i end or begin
i was only trying to blur these lines
to soften the contours
but now, it does not taste like freedom at all
and i hesitate to enjoy

i tell myself, i am not gonna feel alone
togetherness is just a concept
carried by everyday weaknesses
i accidentally touch myself
but it doesn´t make me feel anything
so i do it again until i get used to it
it makes me realize
that we have long passed the point
where it was enough to dream
of becoming a white air-balloon
